Refund policy

CAQA Resources and Services

A full refund will be provided where written notification (by email or fax) is received by CAQA at least 10 days prior to the purchasing of resources or services. Full payment is required for any cancellation received after this time. Substitutions may be made at any time.

CAQA Professional Development Program (Training Courses)

Payments for courses or workshops are refundable up to two weeks before the scheduled start of the course or workshop. If you cancel your place on the course or workshop more than 14 days before it is scheduled to take place, you will be refunded your original payment less a $100 administration charge.

If you cancel your place 14 days (or less) before the course or workshop, your payment is non-refundable. You may substitute another person at any time before the start of the course or workshop provided that they meet any advertised prerequisites for the session.

If the course or workshop is cancelled by CAQA for any reason, you will be refunded your original payment in full. CAQA is not liable for any travel, accommodation or other costs that you may have incurred in relation to the cancelled course or workshop.
