Our Story

CAQA (Compliance and Quality Assurance) Resources is an initiative of Career Calling International (www.careercalling.com.au).  

CAQA was established to meet the compliance and regulatory needs of training organisations. Our experts have experienced first-hand the changes that have occurred in the education and training landscape over the last 25 years. 

We identified that there was a shortage of quality training and assessment materials in the market place. This led us and our experts to start developing quality training and assessment resources for the Australian and International training and education market. 

We are a team of dedicated and seasoned professionals who have a combined experience of creating training and assessment resources for all Australian qualification levels. 

Our resources have been aligned to learner cohorts, Industry need and ACSF indicated levels. In order to achieve this we have conducted :

  • Industry consultation
  • Robust validations
  • Assessments of best practice holistic delivery

Our resources can be adapted to suit your delivery mode - for the classroom, distance, online or workplace delivery.

Our RTO resources are being used in different registered training organisations (RTO), TAFEs, and universities across Australia. 

We believe that all learners should be armed with the required industry skills and knowledge that can help them work effectively in their chosen industry.
